AACVPR - American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation
EFFORTS works closely with various organizations in supporting patients with emphysema
and COPD; this includes an on-going cooridination with the
American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, AACVPR
is an organization of health professionals dedicated to reducing morbidity, mortality
and disability caused by cardiovascular and pulmonary disease. AACVPR has graciously
donated and/or made available to EFFORTS various resources, some of which are listed
